Passport Office Jalandhar started functioning from September, 1979. It caters to four districts viz  Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur,Nawanshahar and Kapurthala.The office is located at  Ambika Towers, 2nd –3rd  Floor , 14- Police Line Road, Jalandhar 144001

Appointment with Passport Officer / Assistant Passport Officer etc.

While meeting to Passport Officer OR Assistant Passport Officer, please bring the relevent documents e.g. Annexure-F with photocopy of  identity card of issuing authority. Annexure-I, in case of Tatkal Scheme and stay proof, birth certificate, 10th / 12th certificate etc. etc. in case of any other objection.

Passport are delivered by SPEED POST and in case of counter delivery (promised by Passport Officer/Public Relations Officer) the Passport will be delivered to the applicant only. No passport will be delivered on  authority letter.
